Thank you for choosing My Car History. We are committed to providing you with accurate and reliable vehicle history reports. Please review the following policy to understand your options regarding refunds.
We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase for vehicle history reports, under the following conditions: The vehicle history report contains significant inaccuracies or missing data. The report does not meet the description provided at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for any reports that are correct, even if the findings are not what you anticipated.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at accounts@mycarhistory.net with the following information: Proof of purchase (receipt or order number), a description of the issue or reason for the refund request (e.g., errors or omissions in the report), and the VIN or license plate number associated with the purchase. Upon receiving your request, we will review it to ensure eligibility based on the criteria above. If the conditions are met, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, but please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for: Accidental purchases, such as selecting the wrong VIN or vehicle; used reports that have already been accessed, even within the 30-day period; or if the report contains accurate information or the issue falls outside the scope of inaccuracies or missing data.
